Hotel is super clean and really lovely. Rooms were Lovely and even provide room service. Food was really good, did not disappoint. Staff were super friendly all around and really well mannered. One of the staff who works on the roof top whose name is Kiran I believe was brilliant! Everyday he has been nothing but catering to everyone and so enthusiastic and lovely, not once did he fail to put a smile on our faces with how kind and well mannered he is. He made a such a difference to our stay! He definitely deserves the recognition :) Hotel is nice and close to the strip. The rooftop bar is nice. It does get super busy later in the day so I would recommend to make sure to wake up around 9-10 to secure a sun bed. Will definitely be returning again :)
I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Valentina. The staff were always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Jelena for her outstanding assistance and kindness. She went above and beyond by helping me with a personal matter and even offered to safely keep my company shirt until my next visit in September. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care. Thank you also to the rest of the team for making my stay so pleasant. I highly recommend Hotel Valentina and look forward to coming back!
amazing hotel, reception staff were amazing- would especially like to thank desiree ( sorry if mispelt) for being exceptionally patient and helpful to me and my friends also. room was 10/10 and location could not have been better. great hotel!
The Hotel was very great. We had a lot of fun and it was clean. The personal was also friendly specially the Barkeeper Paul from French. We very happy to meet this guy there, he help us for all questions.
The hotel is very nice quiet and clean! Kind, polite and smiling staff! Special greetings to mr. Romero - really nice guy! With all pleausure i would like to come back there. I recommend it!
