We had dinner yesterday at Lore & Fitch. Weren't planning on it but chosen restaurant was a bust so we looked for an other place. Chose it mainly on the look and feel of the restaurant and it didn't dissapoint! I had the the prime ribeye and my wife the scottona fillet. Cooked medium rare to perfection. The ribeye was almost as fatty as an wagyu, love it! Both the view and service were awesome. Also, very cool to see an cigar menu with desserts! Creme brullee and tiramisu were also perfect.
Absolutely amazing place. The starter was amazing we had meatballs and I had fillet for my main which was cooked to perfection and was massive. The restaurant was so nice and the way it was set out added to the experience. My only problem was one of the staff had a friend who was having a meal and he let them on the balcony which wasn't open to go on and let them smoke, which in turn came into the restaurant whilst everyone was eating. Luckily one of the waitress saw it and closed the doors. But I felt this ruined the experience slightly and hope the manager is reading this and not let it happen to others. Otherwise it's a superb place to go and eat in St. Julian's Bay.
We arrived without a reservation, but they found us a table for two in less than a minute — amazing service from the start! 🙌 Our order was taken quickly, and the drinks arrived promptly. The strawberry mojito was absolutely delicious 🍓🍹 We ordered the T-bone and the Rib Eye, and both steaks were cooked exactly to the doneness we asked for — perfectly done 🥩🔥 To finish, we had a crème brûlée with passion fruit ganache, and it was incredible — the perfect dessert 🍮✨ This restaurant was such an amazing discovery. From the moment we arrived, everything was 5-star: the food, the service, and the atmosphere 🌟 Definitely a place to return to — a must for anyone who truly loves a great piece of meat! 😍🥩🔥
Amazing steak, amazing service and the wine was delishious. Opted to share a bruchetta to start. So delish we ate it before I managed to take a photo. Tomatoes were tasty and bread crispy. For main we opted for a steak sharer that consisted of Maltese sausage, veal steak, Fillet steak and sirloin steak, jacket potatoe and fries. This came woth 2 sauces. Meat was delightful, cooked to our liking and so tasty. Waitress was attentive and gave good advice on wine selection (there is a vast list of wine at various prices to choose from). Would absolutely recommend for special occasions, romantic date nights, birthdays etc or just for a decent steak. Will absolutely come back.
A local recommended this place to us, so me & friend had a big Porterhouse steak here. It was AMAZING! 110 Euros but that was for 2 people, and included 2 sides (we had chips and sauteed veg, which comes in bowls and enough to share). Lovely glass of malbec each too. Service was efficient and friendly. Nice view from the terrace. Top notch overall, best steaks we've had in years! Highly recommended.
